So as the title says, this is the ToS for Factions and Races. That's right we have both sets in this forum. I'll explain why in a minute. But first lets talk about Factions, what are they and what are they for.
Factions Factions are for the Four races, Vampires, Hunters, Ghouls and Wolves. Now anyone can join any faction. Just not every faction likes the others. So like A vampire can join a Vampire Faction or a Ghoul Faction without causing ripples in the stream. Now it be okayish for a vampire to join a wolf faction but that might not sit will with most as Vampires tend to bite their fellow wolves or wolves mates for blood. Ghouls joining a vampire faction is one of the easiest to do. As Ghouls are very acceptable in Vampire ranks.
Now below is a scale on how likely factions get along together. Hopefully the scale below will help you understand. If not just ask me or pm me.

Okay so hopefully that's understandable if not once again just ask me So now I'll explain each faction.
Vampires Vampires are the top of all Factions. They have the powers, the skill and the speed that most wish they could have. A new Vampires starts out with all Fives in their stats and as they get older their stats rise until they are masters of all. Vampires can use magic, and other types of powers that most cannot. They can walk in the sun, drink blood from a human without killing them, they have very little weakness and are loyal to their kin and their mates.
Ghouls Ghouls are the guardians of Vampires, they are created by Vampires for that reason alone. But most branch off from their creators. Which is fine and all. Ghouls do not have to eat humans all the time. They can eat raw meat. They only need to feed off a human flesh once a year. Newer Ghouls rank in the 3's to 4's of their stats. And can only die by beheading. Ghouls never sleep. Ever they will always stay awake. As a result it's harder for Ghouls to increase their stats. It takes a tad bit longer for one to max out.
Wolves Wolves are a new race that has kept itself hidden for a long time. It's only recently that they have stepped out of the shadows. The recent activity of the other races has forced them to step in and help. Otherwise their race might be exposed. Wolves stats even out at a steady 4 when they first start out. As they get older their stats grow.
Hunters Hunters are on the bottom of the factions. No race likes them, No race will deal with them. Hunters are pricks that kill Vampires and Ghouls on Site. So far they have left wolves alone. probably because they still don't believe they exist. Hunters stats start out at 2s and with each vampire kill go up one by one. Very few hunters live long enough to max out.
So that's the factions. You know that some wont mix, and others can. You can pick your fraction from there. Now the next few post will be about the races. Since I don't want to make a huge ass post.

Vampires
Vampires are the children of Cain, the first vampire, created by god himself. At first vampires couldn't enjoy the sun, could not enter another persons home without permission, and had to kill their prey in order to feed. They had no powers, they were moody and creepy and most of them were evil. Over the next two thousand years Vampires have evolved. their blood growing stronger not weaker.Today's Vampires are able to manifest powers, but not until they reach their "adult" age. Vampires are basically immortal so their age graph is a little bit different then humans. By the time a Vampire hits the 200 mark they are "20" in human years. And that is when their powers first start to show up. Most vamps between 200-400 cannot master their powers fully. But they can use them with some decree of expertise. After they hit the 400 mark "40" in human years they can utilize the different of their powers. And as they get older their powers only grow stronger. All Vampires are made, none are born. so that means all Vampires are dead not living.The SUN- Today's Vampires are not like the ones we read about in books or told about by the church. Vampires can walk around in the sun. Yes they get burnt, the sun can kill them if they are bran new Vampires. Vampires a Year old and higher can withstand the sun. Their healing properties heals them to quickly for the sun's rays to do any damage. ALSO most vampires have to sleep when the sun is up, it does drain their energy but again only new vampires pass out the second the sun rises. The older the Vampire the more resistant he or she is to the suns sleeping rays.
Holy Water and Wood- Vampires cannot die by holy water, it does not hurt them. It does not burn them it does not make them hiss and run away vowing to get revenge on your family. Wood does not kill a vampire either, never has, not even with the very first generation of vampires. If you banish a wooden stake at a vampire he or she is likely to laugh and use it as a tooth pick
Sliver the heart and the head- Sliver IS the only way to kill a vampire. You can shoot sliver bullets at them but that will just piss them off and slow them down as no vampire will stand still for you. Now Sliver can kill a vampire but unless you stab them in the heart and twist the blade or stake -if your old school- they just get pissed off and hunt you down later. Leaving a sliver blade in the heart of a vampire without twisting will drain them of all blood, and weaken them. Their body will revert to it's natural state AKA bones. the older the vampire the older the bones. A vampire can recover from this by drinking blood to replenish what they lost but it take some time. IF YOU Twisted the sliver blade in the vamps heart then he or she is dead and its no coming back. A way to tell if you killed a vampires is simple. If they revert to bones instantly they are dead -kind of gross as their skin kind of just falls off and dissolves.- and if they just fall over and their skin doesn't fall off right away. Most hunters do not know this so vamps play dead a lot. -i'll tell you more about hunters shortly-
- You can also kill a vampire by also chopping off his or her head, but that is rather hard and brings you rather close to their fangs. For looping off the head you do not need sliver just a sharp blade will do.
- Sliver burns a vampire and is poison to them. So if there is sliver in a vampires blood they will slowly die or go insane. In order for sliver to be removed from a vampire it has to be cut out. Liquid sliver is harder to remove.
Vampire made and their Age- Vampires are made by another vampire. It is a process to turn someone into a vampire. It takes three blood exchanges to change a human into a vampire. This means the vampire has to bite his potential new vampire, drink their blood and then replace the amount they drank with their own blood making an even exchanges. After the three exchanges the victim undergoes the processes of death and rebirth. The victim dies painfully then comes back as a vampire. The first few weeks they crave blood so the one that made them would most-likely keep a cooler of bagged blood at hand for them.
- New vampires are considered new until two years then they are considered babies until they reach 100 years. Then they are just young vamps. After 200 they are adults and after 400 they are masters, after 1000 they are mega master vampires. VERY few vampires make it to 1000 years but there are some.
Vampires lines- All Vampires have a Master, they must pay 10% homage every month to their master vampire. Vampires have a feudalism system. A master takes care of everyone under his or her line. That means they care for their blood donors, their vampires -the ones they have made and are in their line- and the ones that their vampires have made.
- If another vampire not of that master vampires line harms another vampire in the master vampires line then he or she can ask for retribution, normally they pay out large sums of money, or it can lead to a war.
Law Guardians- All vampires are ruled by three Mega master vampires, known as Law Guardians. They make rulings on disputes, kill vampires that threaten to expose their race and meat out punishment to any vampire that break the rules set ages ago. They also rule over Ghouls.

Hunters
Okay so We have epic Ghouls and Epic Vampires. How can the hunters survive? One would think they can't, and most would be right...unless this was a normal hunter. So you know the story about Cain and Abel right...Cain killed Abel and god punished him to walk the earth forever alone bla bla bla...Well no one ever thought Cain would create companions to amuse himself with...So Abel created....Hunters. He used his own blood to create humans with the ability to sense and hunt down the dead. Hunters HistoryThe first hunter was created by Abel, he was charged to hunt down the dead and put them back in the ground. So he hunted down the dead, but during a fight with a master he was ruining into trouble. No matter what he wasn't strong enough to kill the monster. Just before the Master vampire snapped his neck He sent a prayer to Abel for guidance and strength. Abel had replied to late as the Vampire snapped his first hunters neck. But something else happened that made Abel stand back and smile. His first hunter had found himself a women and produced children. Children that not only carried his hunters blood but Abel's blood as well. The Master vampire had tracked the Hunters family by following the scent and Abel froze time to adapted the two children blood. He granted his first hunters family blood line the ability to absorb each kill and grow in strength with each kill. The children only 10 and 8 instantly gained the knowledge of their fathers kills and grew in strength. Enough so that they could team up and kill the Master Vampire that killed their father. As the vampire and ghoul race grew Abel started granting more families with the ability to birth hunters thus creating more and more lines until they no longer needed his help. It was from there that the race of hunters grew. There are quiet a few hunter families out there now. Dawn's mom is the daughter of the first line of Hunters. So being the Daughter of Cain himself and having Abel's blood and the First hunters blood running through her veins makes her one bad ass chick. Hunters AbilitiesHunters can gain in strength by hunting and killing both Vampires and Ghouls. With each kill their strength grows. Now it's not like they can lift a car with one hand. It's more they can kill Master Vampires and Master Ghouls easier. Their stamina grows among other things. Hunters have the ability to - Sense the undead
- Heal faster
- Run faster
- Are Stronger then a human, AKA they can kick down a steel door with ease, snap a lock, carry their own body weight plus another person
- Can see will in the dark
- Are less likely to get sick
- Can withstand some powers of a vampire like mind control -master vampires can control a hunter who hasn't had enough kills-
- Gain in strength by their kills
- Their blood burns when they are near a vampire or grows cold when they are near a ghoul
- Most Hunters do not like working day time jobs and would rather hunt
- the stronger the blood line in them the stronger the need to hunt vampires and ghouls is.
Hunter Lines Every Hunter comes from a line, Many have some blood of the first line but most will have the blood lines of their own family and with each generation they get weaker or stronger depending on if hunters had stuck together to keep their hunter blood pure or mixed in with normal humans.
Info on Hunters Most hunters have to blend in with society, they have normal jobs and only hunt at night. That is until they learned about Dawn. Many are coming out of the wood works to approach her and her best friend to work with them. Many don't see Dawn as a human but a freak still their hunter blood demands that the kill the undead plaguing the world. There is no world origination of hunters like there is for Ghouls and Vampires

Ghouls Ghouls, terrible flesh eating monsters. Or so stories have told us. Ghouls are in fact bodies brought back to life, they do devour flesh. However they are not all twisted monsters. The first ghoul was born of grief. As the Son of Cain tried desperately to bring the girl he loved back, she died in his arms. He gave her blood, took hers, trying to turn her. He cried out in despair as she passed, he stayed there holding her, that was when she stirred, the wound closed and her eyes opened. However she was no vampire. She had been reborn as a ghoul, a reanimated corpse. She remembered very little of who she was before, but she knew he had raised her, that he was the reason she was alive. His blood flowed through her body and it was that reason she was alive...
She was the first Wight, the first stage of undeath. As the world changed around them he learned more, she began to change slightly, she had grown fangs, but not vampire, more animalistic. She had entered the second stage of undeath, the Revenant, and taken on the traits and shapeshifting ability of a snake. When the vampire aged into an ancient, he found he had a new power, he could unlock the power of his own blood inside of her. His mastery of Vampire blood was unparalleled. He granted her magic from his own blood unlocking a new form, this ghoul became the first Lich. These are the 3 stages of ghoul, Wight, Revenant, and Lich.
He began to teach others about ghouls, about their strength, usefulness, and unwavering loyalty. But as he taught others, and they others, his gift began to be misused. Ghouls were meant to be a way to save a special person, to form a special bond with another. He had told them that you needed a fresh body of someone who loved the vampire, for the stronger the bond, the stronger the ghoul. Soon vampires were digging up corpses and killing humans to make them. These ghouls were nothing like his. The long dead corpses and weaker humans came back wrong. They had no thought or feeling. These were the first *************** ghouls, the Zombies. Vampires would raise several of them from long dead bodies to attack other vampires. They would raise hunters they had killed or raided burial sights of their dead. These zombies were much stronger and were dubbed Draugr by the sons of Abel.
Even worse, some of their fresh kills would become twisted, filled with madness. When a young vampire tried to turn a ghoul sometimes they wouldnt be able to control it. These ghouls killed their master, freeing themselves of their control. These ghouls known as Mohrg were twisted Wights and Revenants. They didn't kill indiscriminately, their bites would cause humans and hunters to get sick, if they didnt drink vampire blood they would eventually die and come back as zombies or Draugr. These twisted ghouls were the main threat to any hunter. If a Mohrg was not stopped they could turn villages into a walking army following its madness.
As the vampire learned of these ***************s, he grew to hate them. These ***************s were an insult to his creations. He dubbed himself the Ghoul King and made it his mission to carve a path for his children. As the world became more modernized a new type of ghoul surfaced. When a ghouls master died they usually died or fell to madness. But some stronger willed ghouls survived, these lost ghouls, these Baelnorn became lost in the world. Without vampire blood they would lose themselves to madness. He found one of them early on, he knew he needed a place for them. Along with eliminating the *************** ghouls, he made it his mission to rescue any of his children who lost their way.
CREATION All ghouls must have a creator, whether he is around or not. You are either tied to a vampire and follow his orders, or are a Baelnorn and must consume vampire blood or go mad. Baelnorn may be either released from service by there master or there vampire died. Your master must be a master vampire at least 400+. You are either a Wight or a Revenant. Wights are equivalent to fledgling vampires but are stronger and tougher. Revenants all have a totem animal, it gives them traits involved with that animal. Lich are very rare, you must be in service to the Ghoul King to be a Lich, must ask me for permission to be one.
VENOM All ghouls are venomous. Zombies and Draugr and Wights are all normal, there venom causes a fever and death if not treated. Do not get bit. Revenant and Lich can have special venom that can have a variety of effects such as hallucinations or suggestion, these bites do not necessarily kill. Morgh venom is much more potent, they inflict madness and sickness, if someone dies with this in their system it turns that person into a lesser ghoul.
The Ghoul King An ancient vampire and direct son of Cain, the self proclaimed Ghoul King is the creator of ghouls. He is one member of the vampire council known as the Law Guardians. All ghouls know who he is and Baelnorn flock to him. He cares for his children and always looks after his creations. He has since created a community on the outskirts of Vegas where ghouls are welcome. He controls the Law of Blood. Ghouls in his service, who are worthy may earn his favor and become Lich. Ghouls obey him and follow him not because its in there blood, but because they respect him. They know he is their creator, they serve their master first and their King second.
Las Noches A commmunity funded by the King. it is a place for Baelnorn to live in relative safety. It is like a small town away from humans and other vampires. Some ghouls even meet up forming makeshift families. It is one of the King's greatest achievements. He wants to make a place for his children, while not all have vampires to serve they can find some place in the world in the Nevada Desert.
Zombie: these are the lowest specie of ghoul, they are mindless and weak, easiest prey for hunters. No special abilities, usually in packs.
Draugr: undead hunters, any hunter drained like a human becomes a Draugr, they are for more dangerous than zombies. While they maintain there uncontrolled mindless state and hunger for flesh. They also retain all of their hunter training able to wield weapons.
Wight: These are fledgling guardians. Born of the intimacy of their masters they are strong and fast much like a fledgling vampire. They tend to stay by their master's side. While not technically stronger than a draugr, Weights do keep there mind and experience. They are smarter and depending on who they were before equally skilled.
Revenant: these are master level ghouls. Ones who have served there master faithfully, feeding occasionally on their blood. They have the peculiar ability of a totem. Based on their master's power and blood they take on animalistic features as they advance from Wight to Revenant. They gain the power to transform into that animal as well as certain abilities (heightened senses, infrared vision, unique ghoul venom, etc.) Only master level vampires can control Revenants.
Baelnorn: Also known as the "Lost". These are ghouls without masters. When a ghoul's master dies they are supposed to perish as well, but some cling to their unlife. These Baelnorn become empty inside, they must consume vampire blood to regain there completeness or find a vampire to become their new masters. If they do not they descend into madness these Baelnorn often called "Mohrg".
Mohrg: Baelnorn who have descended into madness. While not fully mindless they have lost their independence and "self" of their former status, they think but no longer feel. Mohrg may be created when a ghoul fails to protect its master, the death should they survive is usually far too traumatic shattering their mind, they can also be born of the ultimate betrayal, a ghoul who slaughters its master will be equally mad. They are fearsome fighters often possessing all the strength of Revenant. They can often be found around Draugr and Zombies, they flock to the madness of a Mohrg. Hunters and vampires have mistakenly referred to them as "ghoul kings" for they are some of the most dangerous.
Lich: Mohrg are no ghoul kings for their is only one. The true Ghoul King is not of their kind, he is a Vampire. The creator of the first Wight, unlocked the secret of the Revenant. But that was not all. For he possessed a unique power. He could infuse vampire magic into a ghoul. Only powerful Revenants can survive the process. For a ghoul to become a lich they must seek out the Ghoul King himself and pledge himself. If the king deems the ghoul either loyal to his master or a Baelnorn strong enough he will grant them their wish. Lich's are powerful enough to make Master Vampires flee.

wolves
Werewolvies have a lot of misinfomation to them along with a lot of myths and legends. Though I guess the best place to start about how they came into being is to start at the beginning. Werewolvies came into being because of a very special friendship between a man name Jacob and what he thought was a female wolf named Silver Lily. The Jacob had came across Lily during one of his trips through the forest. She had been injured and was barely standing. The wolf saw Jacob and got defensive but Jacob wanted to help the wolf. So he handed her some fish that he had caught to gain the wolf's trust. Slow he approached the wolf while it ate. He saw the damage that had been caused and got out some cloth that he had in his pouch. He bandage up her injuries before smiling and walking away. Lily had been surprised by the kindness of the man. No human that she had known would ever help a wolf, she became fascinated. She had eventually tracked the man down and saw that he lived by himself. The man was surprised to see the wolf again but welcomed her company. Slowly they became the best of friend helping one another hunt and her eventually introducing him to her pack. Though one day Jacob had become seriously injured during a rockslide. The Lily had come and saw the state her friend was in. She knew that he would die without aid and decided to give him a gift that would save his life and give him the strength of a wolf.
This ceremony happen on the night of a full moon. Lily had found a rock in the shape of a bowl which she filled with water. Cut her paw and allowed some of her blood to flow into the water along with putting a bit of hair into the stone bowl. She carried the bowl in her mouth to Jacob to drank. Jacob barely clung to life when his friend brought him water, the wolf obviously wanted to make his last moments peaceful. He smiled at his friend before using what little strength he had left to drink the water. That is when the changes had started Jacob had been given a very special blessing from his wolf friend who happen to be a goddess of the wilds, moon and the hunt. He soon gain the strength speed and abilities of the wolf. He also notice that he had gained the tail, ears, paw like hands, and fur of a wolf. He smiled and stood up to see that his wolf friend had turned into a woman with white hair and wolf's ears on top of her head. This goddess had blessed him with a gift that would be passed on to his children and those he loved.
That's the story every werewolf has been told though there has been changes here and there. So after this gift you would think everyone would use it wisely? Sadly that isn't the case cause if have read some fairy tales and stories about werewolves you would notice that they go from being kind to being nothing but monsters. The monster part happen to be because of those who have eaten humans. Mutts we true wolves call them, even though we wolves love the hunt we don't hunt humans. We try to do our best to stay out of their line of sight considering how their are more humans than werewolves. The Mutts think that since we are the top of the food chain that we deserved to be woreshiped and should be able to eat whatever we want. Fools they are considering that we're not the only ones that have been blessed nor the only mythical creatures in this world. Vampires also happen to be real and we have a.....interesting relationship with them to say the least. Though the whole vampires vs werewolvies thing doesn't really exist. Well we do fight if someone from either side end up hurting or killing someone we care about. Though there has only been three pack/clan wars throughout history. The pack/clan in those wars usually ended up almost wiping each other out completly. Most of the time we werewolves don't have any problems with vampires as long as they leave our friends alone and keep down on killing humans. We know their diet requares them to have blood but they can do that easily now a days with blood banks and someone willing to give their blood.
Werewolvies do age differently from humans and they are not immortal. They just happen to live for a very very long time.
Pups: 1-50 The youngest stage in a life of a wolf is considered their "pup" years. Werewolvies don't experiance their first transformation until the reach the age of 2 at the youngest and 5 at the latest. Pups can only take on the "wolf form." Which they would turn into a wolf and depending on the pups age will also affect how "old" their wolf form will look. Pups appear to humans to either be babies, children, pre-teens, and teens.
Young Ones: 50-100 Young ones are considered young adults to the pack. Young ones end up gaining another ability once they hit the age of 50. Once they hit that age they gain another ability. That ability is consider the "wolf-man form" and is the form that humans are more popular with. This ability comes in handy in a fight and is more versitile than just the "wolf form" This stage in life most wolves find out what they can do for the pack. In this stage in life they appear to be to humans in their 20s to 30s
Wolvies: 100-300 These are the wolves that end up being consider for the more important missions. They help lead these missions or help with making alliances if the elders could not come. At this stage in life they know their place within the pack and won't be gaining anything else while in this stage of life. To humans they appear to be in their 30s to 60s
Elder Wolvies: 300-600 The elders are the leaders of any pack since they are considered the wisest. Each pack has a council of elders though there is another council. The oldest wolvies of each pack are part of a grand council of elders who rule over the wolf population and make laws that all werewolvies must follow. The elders also have a book that documents every wolf that has ever been born or brought into the pack. At this stage of life the werewolvies gain one final form. This form is of a gaint wolf, this wolf would be the size of a trackter trailer truck. In other words you do not want to mess with a elder. To humans elders appear to be in their 60s to 100.
While in human form wolvies are still not something you want to mess with. in human form they be super strong able to snap things like padlocks easily. They would also be able to jump and land from high hights. Wolvies have a incredible healing factor and they can smell and see better then a hunter. Though most wolvies do eat a lot and I mean a lot. You do not want a pack of wolvies to visit a all you can eat buffet. As for weaknesses well they can be hurt by pretty much the same thing as humans. The whole silver thing was probably a attempt by vampires to make humans confused. Though wolfsbane is a weakness that is actually true. Any wolf that end up getting wolfsbane in there system may end up dead if it's alot. If it isn't at the lethal level then wolfsbane would pretty much make the wolf in question as weak as a normal human and unable to transform until it's out of there system. As for the whole turning someone into a werewolf thing is a bit different from what people have heard. This is done through a ceremony that mimics how the first werewolf came into being. Though this is done by a werewolf to the person who they either love or a very close friend.
Now we wolvies would like to think everything is perfect in our society or more to the point wish that was the case. That is not the case considering the mutts who are ones who break the laws set by the elders. We keep a close eye on these mutts considering that some can make it back into the pack if they do a great enough deed and show that they regret breaking our laws. Another reason we keep a close eye on the mutts is to make sure that they do not expose us to humans via them hunting and killing humans. We do have a most wanted list and those who either break one of our bigger laws or is bring this unwanted attention to werewolvies end up on this list.
Alright here it is the whole thing and contact me if you have any questions. Also still have no idea for the coming of age ceremonies or death of a elder. Also we can discuss the size of a elder wolfs final form if you think that might be too big.
