Welcome to Grave, a Vampire/Hunter/Ghoul role play. You've pick a wonderful thread to join as not only do we have a main story but we will let you create your own topics and role plays! How cool is that? But! before we let you start creating we need you to follow some simple easy to understand rules and guidelines. We all want this to be a fun and safe environment for all.
General Rules
- Grave is based off a story created by the owner of the site, copying, claiming, and or plagiarizing any form of the story will result in a 24 hour ban and put on a 90 day probation.
- Posting: Posting is a great way to increases your rank, but Grave will not accept spam posting to get your post count up. Doing so will make you look silly and we will reduce your posting count to zero regardless if you managed to post real heartfelt post before hand. Examples of spam posting are
- Poking a thread
- Posting one word
- Posting that does not relate to the topic
- Posting Images with no content
- Poking a thread
- Grave has the right to update and modify rules as we see fit. Each member will see any modifications as an announcement. It is up to the member to read and familiarize themselves with the rules
- Adult based content is allowed on Grave, BUT! Do not do nothing but sex the entire time. This is a rp. Not a smut book .
- Follow all rules set out by Grave, breaking any rules will result in a warning and or 24 hour ban with a 90 day probation and or permanent ban
- Please report any and all rule breakers, You are kept anonymous your name is not given nor will it ever be given.
- No false reporting. False reporting will result in a warning, each member gets three warnings after they are ban for 24 hours then put on a 90 day probation. False reporting can be but not limited to
- Complaining about a post that does not break the rules
- Not solving your own problem before hand
- Reporting a member because you do not like them
LOTQ/Factions/Story Rules
- Please note that when you pick a side or faction you are stuck with them for minimum six months. You can not join both sides.
Dawn, Vamps and Ghouls will be lead by the players who are playing the leaders of each faction. Each faction will have their own board that is for them only. A member from another faction cannot enter another factions save zone. There are neutral zones and battle zones that you can interact with them. - Espionage is up to you, but be warned your faction can punish you.
- Faction romance is up to you, but be warned your faction can punish you.
- No member can kick another member out of a faction. If you have an issue with another member please take it up with a mod.
- No one can kill another person's character without the consent of that player and the faction leader is made aware. If you try to kill another person's character without their consent and without the okay of the faction leader, that post will be ignored and your posting count will go down by 5.
- Please follow the main plot and story, you can create subplots as they are key to making any story epic. But do not change the plot.
- Plot wise, please follow the main plot, subplots are key to making any story epic but do not change the plot to fit your character. As someone once stated. "It is up to you how involved in the plot you are" It is not up to others to make you part of the plot but up to you.
- Once again you cannot just join both Factions, you must only be part of one. If you wish to work with someone on the other side that is up to you. You can only leave a Faction after six months and cannot rejoin that same faction until nine months have passed.
- There are acceptations to this rule on very special cases or upon good reason. Just because one is a Vampire or Ghoul does not mean they have to be with Vampires and Ghouls. Same with Hunters having to be with Hunters.. Though the likelihood of a Hunter being accepted into the house of a vampire or ghouls is zip..
- Read the stories, all of them. If you complain later that you do not know what is going on or understand and you haven’t read the stories I will slap you. IF you have read the stories then we will do my best to help you.
Posting Rules
- Please keep posting separate from General board to the Forum Board. Do not post your in character in the general board and do not post your randomness in the Forum board.
- You can create your own role play, but keep that in the Members personal rp board. Do not post it within the fractions
- You are required to make your own rules, and keep track of your own thread. You can ask for a Mod to moderate your thread for you but do not expect them to melt out justice 24/7.
- You can have adult based rps. But if its just wrong you’re rp will be removed and your account banned.. Have some common sense when it comes to this stuff people.
- In order to have your own rp, you must be part of Grave. If you are not part of Grave your thread will be deleted.
- Always inform members to follow Grave’s rules with your own rules, this is not for us but for you. This will protect you from the repercussions of people in your rp doing stupid ***************. If they disobey the rules with them actually being there you are protected from being banned as well.. Unless you also participated in breaking the rules.. Then you are ban for 24 hours. No if and or buts.
- Grave will not have An out of character, but you may provide one for your members if you do not want to post in the shout box. The Shout box is for everyone but mostly Grave members will be using it. So do not get mad if you are being ignored . Also do not report about spam in the shout box unless someone is repeating the exact same thing a hundred times. If they are a mod will ban them. Unless they are having to repeat themselves because of chatter clutter from other rps that may or may not form.
